Aim and Approach

The process of therapy is conversational and experimental.

Our sessions together are an opportunity, through exploration, to try and understand why you might be feeling the way you do. Through discussion, normalisation and reflection you can increase your self-understanding, to feel clearer, more confident and able to discover a new way of being that feels right to you.

​By having open and frank conversations, we can begin to understand how you view yourself and others in the world and why you think and experience things the way you do. It is not for me to tell you what you should think but rather, explore and understand with you, why you think and experience the way you do. I offer you a unique environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings, desires and dislikes.
