Therapy and Counselling

People seek psychotherapy for a variety of reasons and I will work with you to explore whatever you bring to our sessions. You may be seeking therapy in response to a challenging situation or looking for some time and space for deeper reflection. Maybe you are experiencing distress or unhappiness, or do you want to explore your past, your life at present or your future. Whatever it is that troubles you, together we will explore the possible sources of this unease, how this is affecting you and whether you might choose to make changes to your life.

I provide a safe and supportive space, where you will to be able to explore your thoughts, feelings and express your fears or hidden desires without feeling judged or criticised. In our sessions you can bring your worries and/or concerns; no issues are too big or small and together we can open up your understanding of how these issues effect your life and how you might change the way you think about them; how you can live with them but not be affected by them.​

​Therapy can improve and increase your self-awareness, your autonomy as well as help you to live a more fulfilling, authentic and meaningful life.​ I believe that the key to good and productive therapy is in the relationship between client and the therapist. Our work is confidential and can be agreed short-term or open ended.
